First Quarter PE Make-Ups Due on 11/5/09

Just a friendly reminder that all PE Make-ups for excused absences or medically excused days in Life Sports and Wellness I & II are due on Thursday November 5th, by the end of the school day. 

Once again, you need to perform 30-minutes of physical activity outside of class and bring me a note from your parent/guardian, stating what you did and how long you did it for. 

As an alternative, if you are on an athletic team at WHS, you may use one game or one practice to make-up for a missed class period.  To do so, you will need to get a note or an e-mail from your coach, verifying that you attended practice or a game.
